In 2002 we ordered our Sun Valley with a 3-way fridge, add-a-room, furnace, hot water package (including outside shower), ABS rear tire cover, and load bars for carrying our four bikes.    

The bars had room to attach our Thule ski box as well, in the unlikely event that between the tow vehicle and the trailer we actually need more storage room! 

The trailer was 17' long, 7.5' wide and 4'8" high when in travel mode.  When set up it was 26.5' long, about 10' wide and 8'5" high.  Interior headroom was 6'9", so I was happy about that -- it gave me 7" for jumping up and down!  The dry weight (before options) was 2,055 pounds, with an unloaded tongue weight of 160 pounds.
